Boy can this baby climb! This shot was taken less than 50 feet
below the clouds on Mt. Washington, the highest peak in NH. Mt. Washington boasts the
highest recorded wind speed on earth!
The 1991 Camaro is the third generation for Camaros with its first model year beginning in 1982. 1991 and 1992 were the last two years for generation three and the only two years with the configuration shown above. The five star aluminum rims with the large wing in the back and the hood flares were only on the '91 - '92 Z28. 1992 was the 25th Anniversary for the Camaro. An anniversary package was available with a special plaque inside and racing stripes like those on the early Z28s. These Z28s were also available with a 5.7 L/350 Tuned Port Injection V-8, one of the few options not on ours. This Z28 is a North Carolina car and has never seen snow or salt. It has been in NH since 1997 and is stored for about five months each winter. If you get the chance to own one of these babies, I would highly recommend one!
Here is a shot of my '84 F41 Camaro. Only a 2.8 V6 but with a low
final drive and 5 speed stick it moved! Sold it to my brother around 1998. It had
around 190,000 miles when he traded it in for a Blazer in 2004! F41 was a special suspension/performance package. I've only seen three
others.

This was my first Camaro. An '81, also a V6. This was a 3.8
auto. Wasn't a rocket but it looks damn nice and was still lots of fun. Plenty
of room in this engine compartment for about anything! The Cragar rims and 60 series
tires stuck to the road pretty well, besides looking great.

These shots were taken just after a new paint job and going up for sale
:-(

Sure miss the leather.

1981 was the last year for the 2nd generation Camaro before generation 3 came along.
